For a global energy company focusing on “wind energy,” we are currently looking for a:

Construction Manager in the field of Renewable Energy (m/f/d)

The following locations are possible:
• Bremen
• Aurich
• Hannover
• Oldenburg
• Mainz
• Herrenberg
• Husum
• Magdeburg
• Düsseldorf
• Or also open to nationwide remote work within Germany.

Your duties:

• Evaluation of wind farm project development in the early project phase.
• Management of wind farm construction sites, including civil engineering, facility construction, and infrastructure for new construction and repowering projects.
• Responsibility for the implementation and compliance with applicable HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards.
• Support for technical planning, technical procurement, and claim management.
• Inspection and approval of construction services.
• Review and approval of invoices for completed services based on quality and cost considerations.
• Ensuring comprehensive construction site documentation.

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical degree, trade qualification, technician certification, or equivalent.
• Several years of project management experience in plant construction/energy sector.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
• Proficient in German and good command of English.
• Structured and organized work approach.
• Readiness for action and flexibility.
• Assertiveness and the ability to diplomatically advocate the company’s interests to third parties on-site.
• Willingness to travel.
• Driver’s license Class B.
